The location allows convenient walks to kensington park and paddington station, we found buckingham palace accessible via kensington park. the breakfast selection was abundant and delicious. the staff provided excellent service. They were attentive to customer needs.

hyde park is within walking distance, it offers a chance for morning walks. the hotel's location provides convenient access to several train stations. the area felt quite safe. close to some very nice buildings, no main traffic going past.

Staff members were consistently helpful and kind. Their attentiveness to guests was evident. the reception desk staff answered questions patiently. they made the check-in process very quick and professional. yoko from the front office was really helpful.

The staff displayed a friendly attitude. The room décor felt fresh. I found the shower pressure AMAZING!!! The location is near public transport.
The carpets were not clean, they had multiple stains. The bed was not comfortable. It was two single beds pushed together. I found the floor very creaky.

The room was super clean! The shower was really great too. The lounge area offered free, freshly-ground coffee. That was a very nice touch.
My room was quite small though the bed was also a bit too small. I was on the top floor and had to carry my suitcase up one flight of stairs. That was inconvenient.

the entrance and lobby were spacious. the room size was easy to use. the view from the window was good. the bathroom had ample space.
i found no bedside unit near my side of the bed. i had to put my phone, glasses and glass of water on the floor. the wall mounted tv made it difficult to navigate around.

the reception staff were friendly. a girl wearing a hijab was especially helpful. the staff checked me in early from the official check in time. i got an upgraded room too.

the location is great. it is close to the tube and in a quiet area (i enjoyed this). the staff were friendly and cute, and the room was clean. breakfast was included and, while not extensive, it was sufficient to start the day.
my room was on the ground floor. i was disappointed to be charged for a bottle of water from the room fridge. the heating didn't work very well.
